Terms of Service
Last updated October 8, 2026
These terms cover the use of SiteSpur, software provided by Ledinat LLC (“we”) to rental companies (“you”). By using SiteSpur you agree to them.
The service
SiteSpur runs a rental company’s daily operations: quote requests and quotes, scheduling and dispatch, route planning, a driver app, unit tracking, invoicing, online payments and sales follow-up. We may improve or change features over time, and we’ll tell you before removing anything you rely on.
Your account
- You are responsible for the people you give access to and for keeping passwords and PINs private.
- Your data stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide SiteSpur to you.
- You must have the right to send the messages you send to your customers through SiteSpur.
Payments from your customers
Online payments use Stripe. You connect your own Stripe account and accept Stripe’s terms. Your customers’ payments go directly to that account. We never hold your funds. You are the seller to your customers and are responsible for your prices, taxes, refunds and disputes with them.
What you pay us
You choose one of two ways to pay, agreed in writing when you sign up:
- a monthly subscription, billed in advance, or
- a platform fee: a percentage of each payment your customers make through SiteSpur, deducted automatically by Stripe when the payment is made.
Stripe’s own processing fees are separate and are charged to your Stripe account. We will give you 30 days’ notice before changing your price.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time by writing to us. A subscription runs to the end of the period already paid, with no refund for part of a period. Platform fees stop with the last payment taken through SiteSpur. We will provide an export of your data on request for 30 days after cancelling, then delete it as described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Don’t use SiteSpur to break the law, send spam, or try to reach another company’s data. We may suspend an account that does, after notice where we can give it.
Availability and liability
We work to keep SiteSpur running and backed up daily, but the service is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it, and we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will post changes here with a new date. Material changes are emailed to you 30 days in advance. Questions: [email protected].
