SiteSpur is software run by Ledinat LLC (“we”) for rental companies (“companies”) and the people they serve. This page says what we collect, why, and who else sees it.
Two kinds of data
- Company data. A company’s customers, sites, orders, quotes, invoices, photos and messages belong to that company. We store and process them only to run SiteSpur for it, and we never sell them or use them to market to its customers.
- Our own data. The details companies and visitors give us directly: account sign-ups, demo requests and emails to us.
What we collect
- Account details for office staff (name, email, password hash) and drivers (name and PIN).
- What a company’s customers enter on its quote request page or give the company: name, business, email, phone, site address and delivery details.
- Service records the drivers create: photos, checklists and the time each stop was completed.
- Payment status. Card details are entered on Stripe’s pages and never reach our servers.
- A sign-in cookie that keeps office staff signed in. We use no advertising or analytics cookies, and we don’t track drivers’ locations.
Who else processes it
We use a small number of providers to run the service, and share only what each needs:
- Amazon Web Services: hosting and encrypted backups.
- Cloudflare: network security and delivery.
- Google: sending email.
- Stripe: payments, paid into each company’s own Stripe account.
- Mapbox and Esri: maps, address look-up and drive times.
How long we keep it
Company data stays for as long as the company uses SiteSpur. When a company closes its account we delete its data within 30 days, and it leaves our backups within a further 30 days. A company can ask for an export before then.
Your choices
If you are a customer of a rental company, that company controls your data, so ask it first. It can correct or delete your records in SiteSpur. You can also write to us at [email protected] to see, correct or delete data we hold about you, and we will answer within 30 days.
Security
All traffic is encrypted, passwords are stored as one-way hashes, each company’s data is kept separate from every other’s, and backups are encrypted and kept off the server.
Changes
We’ll post any change here and update the date above. If it matters to companies, we’ll email them too.
