For site rental companies

Run your routes, not your spreadsheets.

Quote requests, scheduling and route planning, a driver app with proof of service, team chat, unit tracking, online payments, billing, expenses and break-even, in one place. Built for portable toilet companies, with dumpsters, temporary fence and septic on the same board.

How a job flows through SiteSpur

From the first call to the paid invoice, with every email and text written for you.

1

A quote in a minute

A request lands in the pipeline. Pick the prices, waive a fee if you like, and SiteSpur writes a branded email from your own address with the quote PDF attached. You see exactly what the customer will see before it goes.

They accept and pay from their phone

One tap opens the quote. They accept, pay the first period by card, and the card is saved for every 28 days after. The order lands on your board with its stops already scheduled. No phone tag, no paper.

Routes that plan themselves

Re-plan a whole day by drive time, truck tank size and dump trips, or re-balance the week across your drivers. Here, the same day's stops went from 9 h 18 m of driving to 6 h 52 m.

Drivers know the day. Customers know when.

Drivers see the next stop, the drive, and what is on board. One tap opens an on-my-way text to the customer, ready to send from the company phone, with a live link that shows when the truck arrives and who is driving it.

Know if you make money, before the month ends

SiteSpur already knows your orders, your schedule and what you spend. The Numbers page puts them together: profit this month, how many units you need out to break even, and what one more unit earns you.

  • What if. Move a slider for price, services a week, fuel, driver pay, a surcharge or another truck, and watch the month change.
  • Aim for a margin. Type 25% and see the price, or the number of units out, it takes.
  • From your real costs. Fuel, dump fees, wages and truck payments come from your own bank and card statements, not industry averages.

Everything else, in the same place

Dispatch that plans itself

Every driver's day on one board. Re-plan a whole day by drive time and truck capacity, and re-balance the week so routes stay short and nobody runs past a shift.

A driver app on any phone

Drivers see their stops in order, navigate, and prove the work with before and after photos and checklists, unit by unit. It runs in the phone's browser today; the SiteSpur app for iPhone and Android is on the way.

Your crew, in one conversation

Channels, direct messages and group chats for the office and every driver, with photos. Chat sits beside every office page, and drivers have it on their phones.

Quotes that close themselves

Price each category, show waived fees, and send a branded email with the PDF. The customer accepts and pays online, and the order books itself onto the board.

Every unit, never double-booked

Tags, availability by date, and which unit is at which site. A booking can't take a unit that is already out.

Billing that runs itself

Invoices every 28 days from the order book, saved cards charged on schedule, close-out at pickup and refunds. See who owes what and the sales tax you collected.

Know your numbers

Upload your bank and card statements and SiteSpur sorts every line, learning from your corrections. Then see your break-even, your margin, and what a price change or another truck would do.

A request page that books

Your own quote request page with your logo and address look-up. Requests land in the pipeline, and SiteSpur suggests the best service day and driver for the new site.

Customers kept in the loop

Branded emails at every step, from your own name, and an on-my-way text with a live tracking link that shows which driver is coming, with their photo.

Accounts for your customers

Customers sign in with an email link to see their orders and invoices, pay a balance, update their card, ask for a pickup, or book again.

Your brand on everything

Your logo, colours and type on quotes, invoices, emails, the request page and the office itself.

Find the next job

A permit radar and follow-up list for new construction near your yard, so the sales calls happen before the competitor's truck shows up.

Know what every month costs

Upload a bank or card statement and SiteSpur sorts each line. You check its suggestions once; after that it knows that Shell is fuel and the landfill is dump fees.

Expenses sorted by category, with suggestions to check

The office and the trucks, talking

Channels, direct messages and groups with everyone’s photo. Drivers post a locked gate or a photo from the site; the office answers from whatever page it is on.

How you get paid

Your customers pay you. Directly.

You connect your own Stripe account. Every payment goes straight into it and on to your bank. SiteSpur never holds your money.

    The quote goes out

A branded email with the PDF and an accept button.

  2. 2

    They accept and pay

They pay online by card, and the card is saved for the next invoice.

  3. 3

    The money is yours

Paid into your Stripe account, and the order books itself onto the board.

Every plan includes every feature, all your drivers and your office staff. Pick how you would rather pay.

Monthly subscription

We get paid when you get paid

No monthly fee. SiteSpur takes a small percentage of the payments your customers make online through it, and nothing when they don’t.

We’ll quote your price on the demo call, or write to [email protected]. Card processing fees are Stripe’s, charged on your own Stripe account.

See it with your own routes
